Aerial Search & Recovery: Tier I
Rapid mobilization for time-sensative searches including missing persons, pets, or high-value property. This tier covers locations within a 25-mile driving radius of our Appleton homebase.
Price: $200 Base Rate Includes 1 hour of flight time. Additional time billed at $85/hr.

Regional Deployment (26-50 Mile Driving Distance)
Aerial Search & Recovery: Tier II
Extended mobilization for regional assignments. This tier accounts for travel logistics to locations between 26 and 50 miles driving distance from our Appleton homebase to initiate aerial operations.
Price: $250 Base Rate Includes 1 hour of flight time. Additional time billed at $85/hr.

Extended Range Operations (50+ Miles Driving Distance)
Aerial Search & Recovery: Tier III
Specialized deployment for assignments beyond 50 miles driving distance from our Appleton homebase. Designed for remote or complex environments requiring significant travel.
Price: $350 Base Rate Includes 1 hour of flight time. Additional time billed at $85/hr.
Operational Limitations: All surveillance is performed on a "best-efforts" basis. While we utilize high-definition equipment and strategic positioning, results can be impacted by environmental factors, weather, third-party interference, or unforeseen safety risks.
Compliance & Legal Standards: Rivera Investigations LLC conducts all surveillance and field operations in strict accordance with state and federal laws. We do not engage in illegal wiretapping, trespassing, or any activities that violate an individual's reasonable expectation of privacy.
Evidence & Reports: Photographic and video evidence will be provided as part of a formal investigative report. No guarantees are made regarding the specific activities documented during the surveillance period.
Physical Surveillance
Discretionary monitoring of individuals to document activities, associations, and routines. We utilize high-definition video and photographic equipment to provide clear, admissible evidence. Rate will be determined by complexity and location of assignment. $65 billed hourly with a 4-hour minimum. Includes a detailed investigative report.
Pre-marital / Domestic Investigations
Identifying the truth in personal matters. Whether you suspect a breach of trust or need to document cohabitation for legal proceedings, we provide the facts with total confidentiality and empathy. $65/hr. Retainers are required for all domestic cases.
On-Site Notarization
To ensure maximum evidentiary value, all interview statements collected during our investigations can be notarized immediately upon completion. This seamless process provides legally verified documentation ready for discovery or court proceedings. All notarizations included investigation cost.
